Jessica Dixon

Executive Director

Jessica began her role as Executive Director in March of 2026. Jessica has served in local church ministry for the past five years as a proven leader, gifted teacher, and dedicated minister of the Gospel. She is a lifelong learner who is deeply mission- and vision-oriented, committed to living a life leveraged for the Kingdom.

Jessica holds a bachelor’s degree in Theology from Colorado Christian University and has a deep love for teaching God’s Word. Outside of ministry, she enjoys skiing, playing pickleball, and getting lost in a good book. She embraces life, viewing each season as an adventure in obedience to God.


Kate Perry

Assistant Director

Kate joined SELAH in May of 2022 and is passionate about helping women and children. She is an excellent addition to overseeing Client and Administrative Services!

Kate was born and raised in Routt County, is a 5th generation pioneer and ranching descendant with deep connections in the community. Kate has two daughters and in her spare time she enjoys spending time with family, hiking, rock hounding, reading and baking.

Kate loves working with clients and finding resources necessary to help meet their needs. She is always studying ways to work with our clients and simply loves to serve.

Kathi Bowman, MPAS, PA-C

Clinic Manager

Kathi joined SELAH in May of 2023 and has spent more than 15 years caring for patients and overseeing administrative clinic duties. Kathi majored in Biology at the University of Illinois – Urbana-Champaign and obtained her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from Rosalind Franklin University.

Kathi feels blessed to combine her medical training with the opportunity to serve the local community. She hopes everyone who seeks care from SELAH feels heard and supported unconditionally in all situations. 

Kathi has lived in Steamboat Springs since 2018 with her husband, 2 daughters and, more recently, a puppy. They have lots of adventures together including skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, and touring the country in an RV. She loves this town and considers it home.

 

Jennifer Harper, RDMS (AB) RVT (VT)

Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer

We are so grateful to have Jennifer Harper who has joined the SELAH team in September of 2022! She is passionate about her skill of sonography and being able to use ultrasounds to help impact women and families. 

She holds a Bachelor’s in Public Health from Baylor University and has been an ultrasound technician for 19 years.

Jennifer has been married to her High School sweetheart Jeff since 1998 and they have two children, Grace and Philip. Grace attends the University of Wyoming and Philip is very involved in sports here in Steamboat Springs. Their family moved to Steamboat in 2016 from Conroe, Texas. Jennifer grew up coming to Steamboat and learned to ski here at the age of 4. She has never skied anywhere else and is happy to now call the Yampa Valley her home. 

She is excited to be at SELAH and such a valuable asset!
